With more than 30 years of digital experience, Don joined the business as CEO of our US operations in March 2016 and became Group CEO in January 2017. Prior to joining Investis, Don led global operations at interactive agencies iCrossing and Agency.com. In 2010, he was named by OMMA Magazine as one of its "Online All Stars" in the Media category. BtoB Magazine also named him one of the top 25 "Who’s Who" newsmakers for 2000-2005, and a "Who’s Who in Search" in 2009.

Don was a member of the Board of Directors for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Texas. He has dual undergraduate degrees in Chemical Engineering and Mathematical Physics, and a master of science in chemical engineering from Rice University; he also has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Outside of work, Don enjoys keeping up with his favorite sports teams with a glass of wine.

Adrian joined Investis in June 2016 to support the growth of our business. As Chief Commercial Officer, he is responsible for all Sales and Marketing for our UK business.

Adrian has a background in application software. Prior to joining Investis he was executive vice president of worldwide sales and marketing for CAS, a global leader in CRM for Consumer Industries, and he spent 3 years with Accenture as a partner in their software business, where he focussed on International clients across the EMEA and Latin America markets.

Adrian is passionate about growing companies, disruptive technologies, and using digital solutions to improve business performance.

David is an experienced director bringing with him over 26 years of experience serving on public company boards. These include Ocado, Standard Life, Reuters, Trinity Mirror, Emap, Creston and Carphone Warehouse – some of Investis’s biggest UK clients! David spent most of his working life working as a finance director in various media companies both in the UK and USA and played a key part in communicating to and interacting with institutional and other investors.

David has also sat on the National Development Board of the NSPCC and has chaired a fundraising board of executives that raised over £2 million for Childline. Today David’s devoting much of his time helping children from remote parts of Nepal get access to a decent education. He sits on the board of The Dolma Development Fund which has raised over $40 million to invest in rural impact projects that will provide basic human amenities to communities living in extreme poverty.

When not working, David spends as much of his time as possible tending to his small tea and cinnamon plantation in southern Sri Lanka, the land of his birth. David lives in London with his partner Ros.

Claire joined Investis in May 2017 as Group Chief Financial Officer. She brings with her over 20 years’ experience in international business and finance, notably in digital communications, media and telecoms.

Prior to Investis, Claire held the position of CFO for the UK and Northern Europe region of Dentsu Aegis Network. Her career includes 10 years in global leadership roles within Vodafone, where she rose to the position of CFO of Roaming Services in Luxembourg. Claire is also a qualified chartered accountant.

Claire’s areas of focus at Investis are around strategic commercial insight, pricing and cost optimisation. She also provides valuable insight on performance improvement and operational excellence within the business.

Rachel joined Investis in November 2016 from a background of over 20 years’ experience in delivering high employee engagement and great customer experiences for world-leading businesses.

She is experienced in leading operational teams in the technology, aerospace and telecoms sectors. She joins Investis from iCrossing, where as Chief Talent Officer she led the company to awards and recognition for progressive people practices.

Rachel’s passion is for shaping environments that enable people to be creative innovators and deliver phenomenal solutions, and is a strong believer in being a positive force for evolving new ways of working and developing exceptional talent. Outside of work she enjoys walking, tending to her allotment and being a voluntary mentor for women in business and a coach for young people at the start of their careers.

As Director of Operations, Tony oversees the running of the UK, DACH and Baroda operations. He has over 25 years of experience in digital and senior operations roles for major companies including Experian and Irish Life.

Prior to Investis in 2017, Tony was Operations Director at Sky, leading a team of 60 in delivering business-driven marketing solutions for a range of clients.

Through his experience, Tony brings with him strong leadership skills and a focus on profitable growth and client satisfaction which he applies across the business. In his spare time, he is keen golfer and has held the Captain’s role at his local course in Knebworth.

Managing Director, Indian Operations

As managing director of Indian operations, Ashish is constantly working to improve the processes, cost efficiencies, quality and innovation we deliver to our clients. His excellent team-building skills are essential to the people he manages in India.

Ashish has led the rapid growth and transformation of our operations in India. Joining us as general manager in 2007 to run a small team of 12, today he heads up a team of over 260 people. Alongside strong operations management abilities, Ashish has a natural inclination towards strategic HR and is passionate about nurturing young IT talents. He’s a certified lead auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 management standards and drives these two accreditations across Investis.

Ashish moved into the IT field in 1999 after spending 4 years in the field of plant automation engineering. He holds a degree in instrumentation engineering and an Honours Diploma in software engineering from Apple.

When it comes to detail, Ashish is absolutely meticulous – but with one exception: he admits that his cupboards are never organised. He’s also a well-known photographer who’s had his photographs displayed at number of exhibitions.

As director of client strategy, Michael has overall responsibility for the delivery of strategy and consulting services at Investis. He’s responsible for ensuring that all of our clients benefit from the expertise and experience that we’ve developed through working with some of the world’s largest and most successful organisations. Whatever the size or complexity of the organisation, his team works hard to ensure that any solution delivers maximum return on investment.

Michael brings with him almost 30 years of experience working in the IT and consulting sector, first as a developer and then in project management and a range of project delivery roles. He has a Master’s Degree in Business and IT and during his 15 years at Investis has worked directly with our largest and most complex clients across a range of sectors.

Outside of work, he’s a governor at a special needs school for children with behavioural issues. A role that has proved invaluable in helping develop his unique style of team leadership.

Prior to joining Investis in 2017, Malcolm ran large scale software development teams at Sky, with responsibility for customer insight through digital data visualisation. He previously spent a number of years at Cofunds delivering the UK’s largest investment platform.

As Director of Build & Delivery, Malcolm oversees the global software delivery for all Investis clients. With his 20-year background in software development and technology leadership, methodology and process are key aspects to his delivery style.

In his spare time, Malcolm takes great pride in getting lost (literally) in the mountains of his homeland of Scotland.

If he could, Simon would start every meeting by shouting 'say no to dull'. It’s very easy to take the safe route but it’s only by challenging expectations that great results can be achieved.

As creative director, Simon leads clients and our in-house teams through the creative process, to get the ideal mix of design, messaging, words and media to effectively tell clients' unique stories. He pushes everyone to engage their audience and to communicate effectively: it’s not just about providing information and there is nothing worse than a vast, infrequently updated site with little substance.

Outside of work, Simon is passionate about climbing but these days his kids go along too. He also likes bikes – with and without engines – and reading.

As Director of Marketing, Helayna heads up a team in the UK and India. Her focus is to ensure our business continually strives to add value to our customers with our blend of technology, expertise and services.

With 10 years of commercial marketing experience, Helayna comes to Investis on the back of launching and growing several successful marketing teams in the likes of Ricoh as well as in the IT, Oil and Gas sectors.

Motivated by all things digital, Helayna is always keeping abreast of new disruptive technologies and tactics in the market as well as consumer psychology.

When outside of work, Helayna spends her spare time travelling, boxing and acting as an adviser to new brands looking to launch in their space.

In his role as Sales Director for New Business in the UK and Europe, Neil is responsible for creating and cultivating relationships with the UK and Europe’s largest companies. When he’s not directly supporting the sales effort, his attention is focused on training and developing skills and knowledge across the business.

Since joining the company over 15 years ago, Neil has worked in a variety of roles, with a focus on business development. He was also pivotal in establishing the client strategy team, which has been instrumental in helping our clients maximise the effectiveness of their digital communications.

He’s experienced at building and managing high performing teams and loves the challenge that comes with the successful integration of companies with different technologies, processes, cultures and languages.

When he’s not working, his time is mainly spent entertaining his four boys – swimming, climbing, camping, walking – staying outdoors as much as possible. When he can escape, he loves a long swim in Tooting Bec Lido or a lazy stroll around Richmond Park.

In his role as Director of Strategic Accounts, Piers is responsible for cultivating strong client partnerships with some of the largest companies in the UK.

Since joining the company over 12 years ago, Piers has specialised in managing and advising our largest and more complex clients. He and his team now focus entirely on engagement with a small number of our high-touch strategic accounts helping our clients maximise the effectiveness of their digital communications.

In his spare time Piers enjoys powerboating, and despite a couple of small crashes has recently gained his licence.

Since October 2016, Niamh has been in charge of our Account Management team.

Niamh began her career in corporate banking in Ireland, with a focus on operating businesses and their growth strategies. After five years in financial services, she transferred into the software world with Vancouver-based Vision Critical, a supplier of customer intelligence platforms. Here she worked for over four years across various roles, finishing in business development in London. Niamh joined Investis in January 2015 as part of the new business team and has risen to the role of Sales Director.

When Niamh isn’t working, she’s at home spending time with her two young boys, but also loves skiing and water-skiing, and has a real passion for West Cork in Ireland.

Since joining Investis, Chris has held a number of senior positions within the company and has extensive knowledge in the creation and execution of innovative, digital solutions. Chris holds a BA (Hons) in corporate communication.
