In his role as Sales Director for New Business in the UK and Europe, Neil is responsible for creating and cultivating relationships with the UK and Europe’s largest companies. When he’s not directly supporting the sales effort, his attention is focused on training and developing skills and knowledge across the business.
Since joining the company over 15 years ago, Neil has worked in a variety of roles, with a focus on business development. He was also pivotal in establishing the client strategy team, which has been instrumental in helping our clients maximise the effectiveness of their digital communications.
He’s experienced at building and managing high performing teams and loves the challenge that comes with the successful integration of companies with different technologies, processes, cultures and languages.
When he’s not working, his time is mainly spent entertaining his four boys – swimming, climbing, camping, walking – staying outdoors as much as possible. When he can escape, he loves a long swim in Tooting Bec Lido or a lazy stroll around Richmond Park.
