Investis’ new online reports now live

25^th March, 2010 - Investis, Europe’s leading provider of online corporate communications services, has kicked off its busiest ever online reporting season with the launch of the RWE AG online annual report (at http://rwecom-online-report-2009.production.investis.com) and the Ladbrokes ‘Express’ online annual report (at http://www.annualreport-2009.ladbrokesplc.com/).

Both reports were built using Investis’ new Extract tool. The tool takes content from the print report software directly into an online format, significantly reducing build times and lowering cost. It is one of a number of initiatives launched by Investis this year as part of our new online corporate reporting offer, which will see us create a total of more than 40 reports this reporting season.

The new RWE and Ladbrokes reports also include many new items of functionality aimed at helping users find information more easily and make the content more engaging. Among the notable tools are:

• My Notes tool (http://rwecom-online-report-2009.production.investis.com/site-services/my-notes.aspx): Users can write aide-memoire notes on each page, which are saved when the user returns
• ShareIt tool: Users can share any page of the report via their Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter etc. accounts at the touch of a button
• KPI Charting Tool (http://www.investis.com/kpi_clients/rwe/english/kpi_reporting_tool.swf): An interactive charting tool that helps users analyze the financial data with some great Web 2.0 features
• Popular Searches: Allows users to navigate the report by popular keywords
• Compare to Previous Year (http://rwecom.online-report.eu/2008/ar/rwegroup/keyfigures.html): Direct links to the equivalent page in last year’s report
