Britvic wins award for Best Investor Communications

Investis are delighted to congratulate Britvic for winning the Best Investor Communications award at the PLC Awards recently. The PLC Awards recognise excellence in the mid-market sector. The company IR website, http://ir.britvic.com , was re-launched by Investis Ltd in 2009. As part of their inspiring commitment to Investor Communications, the IR Team wanted to enhance the quality of their online communications and teamed up with Investis.
Craig Marks, Head of IR, speaking in the FT said: 'We put a lot of effort and resources into upgrading the website...It represents a first point of call for investors'.
The new site offers RSS events and financial news feeds, custom calendar alerts, as well as regular webcasts of Britvic Results and Analysts Seminars.
A particular effort was made to develop the investment case and present the company strategy from an IR perspective.
With the recent launch of their ADR programme, Britvic expects a higher interest from overseas potential investors.
